Dear Customers,
I believe that technology, when applied correctly, has the potential to improve people’s lives. I stepped into the role of Executive Manager at C.S.S., because I saw an opportunity to combine my fascination with technology and my passion for customer service excellence. I wanted to make reliable, affordable technology available to anyone with a home computer or a business of their own.
Computer Service Solutions (C.S.S.) was born in early 2000 with a focus on educating the public in computer networking, computer repair, and computer assembly. This included teaching classes at local public libraries to people interested in learning the basics of Internet and computer use. In today’s world, the success of an individual or a business depends largely on their ability to navigate the technology that surrounds them. By providing the necessary tools, training and technological expertise at affordable rates, I am proud to contribute to the personal success of people in our community.
Our company has evolved over the years. As always, our goal is to use high-quality technology and our technical expertise as a means to improve the lives of people. Today we focus almost entirely on serving the business community. We still use our expertise to serve home computer users by repairing and upgrading computers in our Tech Lab. We also assemble our own Point of Sale and Digital Surveillance systems. Every system we sell is thoroughly tested in our lab before delivery to you. We do not outsource our IT support, which means you can rely on us for personalized service. We are the team who assembles your system, and we are the same team who guides you through your system training and assists you when you call for help. This allows us to develop an intimate knowledge of the systems we build and a close relationship with the people who rely on them.
C.S.S. is proud to offer our services to the local business community. Business owners can expect the same expert technical support and friendly customer service that C.S.S. consistently provides to our existing Point of Sale and Digital Surveillance customers. Customized networks; data security and data recovery; hardware replacement; and system upgrades are just a few of the services we provide.
